This blog started from a desire to bridge the miles as we were preparing to leave the USA for 3+ years. It has turned into much more. It's part travel diary, part personal reflection, part "sociology of military life" and part mommy-blog. I'd have never taken my camera out in that…good luck faring the storm…thank heavens for cement bunkers.
It was a dive camera...strapped securely to my wrist, so I felt pretty confident. That rain really stung, though!
Looks like Roosevelt every Spring..minus the rain. haha
