Driving here can be an adventure. This is one of the roads we take nearly every day:
It's faster than the busier streets...unless you get behind a bus. Then you are stuck there, sucking exhaust, as it makes about six stops between the top and bottom of the hill. I know. I've done it.
I hope it doesn't make you too dizzy. Since I wasn't actually looking through the lens as I drove, I didn't know how shaky it was. Enjoy!

That is so funny that you did that! I love the soundtrack in the background.
Driving in Korea was insane too. I don't think you really get the sense of that from your video. Seemed like light traffic to me. I can't imagine learning on the opposite side of the road in addition to all the madness! Scary!
The one thing I totally identify with though is the fact that everyone has to expect the unexpected at any moment. Everyone is so much more polite too- no one honks and accidents seem rare as well.
Thanks for the ride.
Kelly...you are right...I purposely chose a time when it would be light traffic since what I was doing was crazy to begin with. When it's rush hour...and dark...oh my goodness!
I love this street too! Mostly I love passing all the fun things on the way... I always scope about potential interesting places to pop in...
I also noted that almost every car was either white or silver. No flashy blues or reds like in the States, and they all looked like boxes.
Tell me what music you were listening to that day...I was trying to focus in on it and couldn't quite pick it up.
Mary...I think I see something new every time...or figure something out. Walking down it is an experience, as well. Minetta...that's the Glee Vol. 2 soundtrack. I highly recommend BOTH volumes, even if you don't watch the show. The music is awesome!
